This is 1 of the best homemade cards I've ever seen:) I just LOVE the Aqua w/ Red Dots paper~I could seriously buy a pack of 25 sheets(12"x12") of just that paper~lol! I luv the ruffles & layers used on this card. I also really like the Crystal Swirl on the middle!
