I used the Carnival King collection to decorate a frame that can be used time and again with the inside panel painted with chalkboard paint. It can be used to show the number of years, what is on the menu or share a fun message!

    The products I used are:

    Carnival King Garlands
    Carnival King "Party Time"

Thanks for hopping by and good luck!
