Wednesday at Cornish Heritage Farms, and I try to play when I can. This sketch really intrigued me, and I played with the shapes in a fun and texture filled way. 
The houndstooth backgrounder in Denim Distress ink on Prism cardstock is the base for the layout, then I used Claudine Hellmuth's paint, 7 Gypsies paper, American Crafts letters and some Jenni Bowlin stars. The end design is more freestyle than I usually do, and is thin on embellishing, but I like the simple feel of it.The other girs playing:
